Payment Policy

We shall whatsoever be under no liability towards any damage or loss arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with the acquiring bank from time to time.
We use a payment gateway for processing our payments.
Payment methods that we offer are via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking [NEFT/RTGS/IMPS] & UPI.
Kindly note that we do not offer any Cash-on-Delivery [COD] facilities.

Refund

To claim a refund customers must provide an uncut parcel opening video or else the same shall not be entertained. In case the product happens to be damaged in transit then 70% of the order amount shall be refunded to the customer given the fact that the product is returned to the seller.
No returns shall be offered on items that have been delivered without any defects or damages.
If wrongfully the product is delivered to a different address than the customer’s original address, then we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling the order.
Refunds will be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt of returned goods once the order has already been shipped.
No cheque or cash refunds will be done.
Refunds shall only be issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase & shall be done electronically i.e. as a credit to the originating debit/credit card/account used for the transaction.
In the case of NET Banking payments customers are required to provide the bank details for processing the refund.
It will take approximately 10 days to process the refund & credit the amount to the customer’s account.
If the payment gateway or bank charges any cancellation fees, customers have to bear the charges that occur during the refund process.
We offer no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the customer’s account & this is due to the multiplicity of the entities involved in processing the online transactions & holidays/working days of financial institutions.
No refunds shall be given if the customer has provided an incomplete or wrong shipping address, there are a maximum of 3 failed delivery attempts by our logistics companies & the package is refused by the recipient.
Products once sold out shall not be eligible for replacement. Also, customers shall not be eligible for a refund if the damaged product is returned without the original accessories or packaging including the retail box & all other items included with the product at the time of delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable on all orders because the costs cover the expenses incurred for logistics & packaging, which are paid upfront.
The entire cost of return shipping needs to be borne by the customer unless the item received is defective.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees [INR].
Prices as displayed, are inclusive of GST.
Item prices are subject to change as decided by the original companies & will always reflect the most recent & updated prices as have been decided upon.
An item’s price may increase or decrease between the time a customer adds an item to their cart & the time they purchase it.
The customers need to pay additional charges if the same is imposed on the products by any regional authorities or government.
The customer has to pay any taxes/charges for their region & hence they are requested to consult with their local officials for information regarding the same.

Order Cancellation

We do not offer any order cancellation facility & orders once placed shall be considered final. If still the customers contact us & come up with the order cancelation request then they shall be fully charged for the same.

Return

Products sold are final sales & there shall not be any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
