Customers will be contacted via email within 24 hours of order placement wherein they will also find a detailed invoice of the items ordered [CGST/SGST included].
Kindly note that we do not provide any international shipment & shipping is restricted only within the Indian subcontinent [as long as a customer’s pin code is serviceable by our logistics partner]. If in case any area is not serviceable then customers will get to know the same when they try to place their order with us & in cases like that they may reach out to us via our official email address or contact number as mentioned in the ‘contact us’ section if they wish to.
We ship our orders via Bluedart, Xpressbees & Delhivery Logistics & this shall be chosen by the sellers themselves based on the availability of the shipping companies. If in case customers have a personal choice then they may mention the same in the ‘add-note’ section in your cart.
Orders placed shall be dispatched every week on Mondays & Thursdays. Also, no orders shall be sent on public holidays & nor on weekends.
To get the orders dispatched on the mentioned days customers are requested to place the order by 4.00 pm of the previous day i.e. by Sunday & Wednesday respectively. Orders placed post 4.00 pm shall automatically get transferred to the next dispatch day. Hence if there is an urgent need customers can plan their dates accordingly & after that place their order with us.
In case of any emergency or issue related to order delivery, the sellers must be reported within 48 to 72 hours from the date of order shipping. No complaints shall be entertained from our end after that period.
Some of our products may have a special lead time & hence customers are requested to kindly go through the product information/description page before placing the order.
The shipping charge shall be specified on the website itself & at once you can place an order for a maximum of 5 products.
Shipping charges for bulk orders shall vary according to the weight of the items.
Customers will be solely responsible for providing the correct address details. Items once shipped to an incorrect address cannot be returned once they have been shipped out & no such queries shall be entertained as well once products are already shipped.
Time to Deliver
In-stock items shall be shipped on the mentioned shipping days. However, the shipping time of the unavailable products may take a little longer than the usual dispatch cycle. The time taken for customer orders to be dispatched does not necessarily include the time it takes for our logistics provider to deliver it to them. Although we cannot guarantee the delivery time, based on our experience here is an estimate of the delivery times for different locations:

For remaining locations in the Indian sub-continent delivery time will be more or less the same, however, there might also be delays in case there are any public holidays.
The above estimate is applicable for single as well as bulk products. The estimated time of delivery & arrival will be updated to the customer when they place their order with us.
Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders by logging into their account & going to My Account>My Orders section. The tracking details i.e. the tracking ID as well as the Track Order link will be available within 24 hours after the orders have been shipped. Tracking can also be done on logistics companies’ websites.
